Termini e condizioni di prenotazione 

Tutti i prezzi includono il soggiorno in appartamento, un posto macchina condominiale, la biancheria da letto e per il bagno e pulizie finali.

La tassa turistica dovuta è pari 2,50€ per persona maggiore di 14 anni per notte da pagare al vostro arrivo.

Nell’appartamento è vietato fumare, gli animali ammessi sono solo di piccola taglia su richiesta, non è ammesso organizzare feste. Si prega di mantenere il rispetto degli altri condomini limitando forti suoni o rumori.

Il check-in potrà essere fatto dalle ore 17:00, nel caso vogliate chiederci un check-in anticipato contattateci e cercheremo di fare il possibile per rispondere alle vostre esigenze.

Il check-out dovrà essere fatto entro le ore 10:00.

Prenotazione

La prenotazione è da considerarsi confermata solo dopo il versamento della caparra da effettuare entro 2 giorni dalla nostra conferma su conto corrente bancario oppure tramite il portale Paypal. Se il pagamento non viene effettuato nei tempi richiesti, la prenotazione è da intendersi come nulla.

La prenotazione sarà confermata dall’Apartment 19 solo quando la transazione bancaria verrà conclusa e il denaro trasferito. Vi verrà inviata una mail di conferma.

Le chiediamo gentilmente di controllare l’esattezza dei dati di suddetta conferma e di comunicarci al più presto ogni eventuale anomalia. 

All’arrivo è obbligatorio presentare un documento di riconoscimento per ogni persona in modo da poter effettuare la registrazione al portale alloggiatiweb come previsto dalla normativa italiana.

Vi consigliamo di fare prima del vostro arrivo il check-in online per velocizzare l’operazione di registrazione dei dati al vostro arrivo.

Per apportare modifiche alla prenotazione è necessario, compatibilmente con la nostra disponibilità, scrivere una mail a info@apartment19.info, cercheremo di fare il possibile per soddisfare la richiesta. 

Metodi di pagamento

L’ammontare della caparra confirmatoria è pari al 30% dell’importo totale del soggiorno. Come previsto dal codice civile all’art. 1385, non verrà restituita in caso di disdetta oltre i termini specificati di seguito o non presentazione.

Con il pagamento della caparra confirmatoria il cliente dichiara di aver letto, compreso e accettato i termini di prenotazione e cancellazione. 

Il saldo della prenotazione dovrà essere versato entro 7 giorni prima dell’arrivo utilizzando il canale che preferite.

I metodi di pagamento accettati per i pagamenti sono:

-        bonifico bancario (i dati saranno inviati al momento della registrazione della prenotazione);

-        Paypal.

Dopo aver effettuato il bonifico potete Inviare la copia della ricevuta di avvenuto bonifico via email a info@apartment19.info indicando la data della vostra prenotazione, il recapito telefonico e l’indirizzo email.

Politica di Cancellazione (per prenotazioni effettuate direttamente con noi)

Ogni cancellazione di prenotazione deve essere comunicate per iscritto via e-mail a info@apartment19.info. 

Per le cancellazioni vale quanto segue:

-        Cancellazioni prima di 14 giorni, verrà restituita la caparra ad eccezione di 20 € per spese di gestione pratica.

-        Cancellazioni da 14 giorni fino a 7 giorni prima dell’arrivo verrà trattenuta la caparra versata;

-        Cancellazioni da 7 giorni all’arrivo verrà addebitato il 100% del soggiorno prenotato;

-        In caso di arrivo posticipato o di partenza anticipata addebiteremo il 100% del soggiorno prenotato.

Vi consigliamo di stipulare un’assicurazione di protezione per il viaggio in questo modo risparmierete gli oneri di cancellazione se per motivi gravi sarà impossibilitato a partire in vacanza. 

A causa dell'emergenza sanitaria Covid-19 nel caso in cui dovessero essere imposte restrizioni dal Governo Italiano dovute all'impossibilità di uscire dalle regioni e quindi di usufruire della vacanza prenotata, la cancellazione sarà da considerarsi sempre gratuita e l'importo versato a titolo di caparra sarà restituito.

Buchungsbedingungen und Konditionen 

Alle Preise beinhalten den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, einen Gemeinschaftsparkplatz, Bett- und Badwäsche sowie die Endreinigung.

Die Kurtaxe beträgt 2,50 € pro Person über 14 Jahre und Nacht und ist bei der Ankunft zu entrichten. 

Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt, Kleintiere sind nur auf Anfrage erlaubt, Partys sind nicht erlaubt. Bitte achten Sie auf die Rücksichtnahme der anderen Eigentümer, indem Sie laute Geräusche und Lärm begrenzen.

Der Check-in kann ab 17:00 Uhr erfolgen. Falls Sie einen früheren Check-in wünschen, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte und wir werden unser Bestes tun, um Ihre Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Die Abreise muss vor 10:00 Uhr erfolgen.

Buchung

Die Reservierung gilt erst nach Zahlung der Anzahlung als bestätigt, die innerhalb von 2 Tagen nach unserer Bestätigung auf dem Bankkonto oder über das Portal Paypal zu leisten ist. Wenn die Zahlung nicht rechtzeitig erfolgt, wird die Reservierung als ungültig betrachtet.

Die Reservierung wird von Apartment 19 erst dann bestätigt, wenn die Banktransaktion abgeschlossen ist und das Geld überwiesen wurde. Sie erhalten eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail.

Wir bitten Sie, die Richtigkeit der Daten in dieser Bestätigung zu überprüfen und uns eventuelle Unregelmäßigkeiten so schnell wie möglich mitzuteilen. 

Bei der Ankunft ist es obligatorisch, ein Ausweisdokument für jede Person vorzulegen, um sich beim Portal alloggiatiweb registrieren zu können, wie es das italienische Gesetz verlangt.

Wir empfehlen Ihnen, sich vor Ihrer Ankunft online anzumelden, um den Anmeldeprozess zu beschleunigen.

Um Änderungen an der Reservierung notwendig ist, vorbehaltlich unserer Verfügbarkeit, schreiben Sie eine E-Mail an info@apartment19.info, werden wir versuchen, alles zu tun, um Ihre Anfrage zu erfüllen. 

Zahlungsmodalitäten

Die Höhe der Kaution beträgt 30% des Gesamtbetrags des Aufenthalts. Wie vom Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuch in Art. 1385 vorgesehen, wird sie im Falle einer Stornierung nach den unten genannten Fristen oder bei Nichtvorlage nicht zurückerstattet.

Mit der Zahlung der Anzahlung erklärt der Kunde, die Buchungs- und Stornobedingungen gelesen, verstanden und akzeptiert zu haben. 

Der Restbetrag der Buchung muss innerhalb von 7 Tagen vor der Ankunft auf dem von Ihnen gewählten Weg bezahlt werden.

Die akzeptierten Zahlungsarten sind:

- Banküberweisung (Details werden bei der Registrierung der Buchung mitgeteilt);

- Paypal.

Nachdem Sie die Überweisung getätigt haben, können Sie eine Kopie des Überweisungsbelegs per E-Mail an info@apartment19.info senden und dabei das Datum Ihrer Buchung, Ihre Telefonnummer und E-Mail-Adresse angeben.

Stornierungsbedingungen (für direkt bei uns getätigte Buchungen)

Alle Buchungsstornierungen müssen schriftlich per E-Mail an info@apartment19.info mitgeteilt werden. 

Für die Annullierung gilt Folgendes:

- Bei Stornierungen vor 14 Tagen wird die Anzahlung zurückerstattet, mit Ausnahme einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 20 €.

- Bei Stornierungen ab 14 Tagen bis 7 Tage vor der Ankunft wird die Anzahlung einbehalten;

- Bei einer Stornierung innerhalb von 7 Tagen vor der Ankunft werden 100 % des gebuchten Aufenthalts in Rechnung gestellt;

- Bei verspäteter Ankunft oder vorzeitiger Abreise werden 100% des gebuchten Aufenthaltes berechnet.

Wir empfehlen Ihnen, eine Reiseschutzversicherung abzuschließen, um Ihnen Stornierungskosten zu ersparen, falls Sie aus schwerwiegenden Gründen Ihren Urlaub nicht antreten können. 

Sollte die italienische Regierung aufgrund des Gesundheitsnotstands in Covid-19 Beschränkungen auferlegen, die das Verlassen der Regionen und damit die Inanspruchnahme des gebuchten Urlaubs unmöglich machen, wird die Stornierung in jedem Fall als kostenlos betrachtet und der als Anzahlung geleistete Betrag wird zurückerstattet.

Booking terms and conditions 

All prices include the stay in the flat, a shared parking space, bed and bathroom linen and final cleaning.

The tourist tax due is 2,50€ per person over 14 years old per night to be paid on arrival. 

Smoking is not allowed in the flat, only small animals are allowed on request, no parties are allowed. Please keep the respect of the other owners by limiting loud sounds or noises.

Check-in can be done from 17:00, in case you want to ask for an early check-in please contact us and we will try to do our best to meet your needs.

Check-out must be before 10:00 am.

Booking

The reservation is considered confirmed only after payment of the deposit to be made within 2 days of our confirmation on bank account or through the portal Paypal. If the payment is not made on time, the reservation will be considered void.

The reservation will be confirmed by Apartment 19 only when the bank transaction is completed and the money transferred. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.

We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the data in this confirmation and to inform us as soon as possible of any anomaly. 

On arrival it is compulsory to present an identification document for each person in order to be able to register with the portal alloggiatiweb as required by Italian law.

We advise you to check in online before your arrival to speed up the registration process.

To make changes to the reservation is necessary, subject to our availability, write an email to info@apartment19.info, we will try to do everything possible to meet your request. 

Methods of payment

The amount of the deposit is 30% of the total amount of the stay. As provided for by the Civil Code in art. 1385, it will not be refunded in case of cancellation after the terms specified below or non-presentation.

With the payment of the deposit the customer declares to have read, understood and accepted the terms of booking and cancellation. 

The balance of the booking must be paid within 7 days prior to arrival using the channel of your choice.

The accepted methods of payment are:

- Bank transfer (details will be sent when registering the booking);

- Paypal.

After you have made the transfer you can send a copy of the transfer receipt by email to info@apartment19.info indicating the date of your booking, your telephone number and email address.

Cancellation Policy (for bookings made directly with us)

All booking cancellations must be notified in writing by email to info@apartment19.info. 

The following applies to cancellations:

- Cancellations before 14 days, the deposit will be returned with the exception of €20 handling fee.

- Cancellations from 14 days to 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained;

- Cancellations from 7 days to arrival will be charged 100% of the booked stay;

- In case of late arrival or early departure we will charge 100% of the booked stay.

We recommend that you take out travel protection insurance to save you cancellation charges if you are unable to leave on holiday for serious reasons. 

Due to the Covid-19 health emergency, should restrictions be imposed by the Italian Government due to the impossibility of leaving the regions and therefore of taking advantage of the booked holiday, the cancellation will always be considered free of charge and the amount paid as a deposit will be refunded.
